The coastal part of Ghana is famous for all types of meat dishes, combined with a large variety of fish, cuttlefish, prawns, crabs and lobsters. Vegetables are a special feast, natural, with a rich, full taste.

The food is prepared right here in Barbara's Village, by our wonderful chef Mary according to her own recipes.

 

But we have not forgotten how to make a European dishes either!

 

A bar in the middle of the village offers all kinds of alcoholic and soft drinks, cocktails, fresh fruit juices – pineapple, mango, papaya, coconut ... and loads of music.

 

The restaurant with the dining area is built on a platform on a breezy side of Barbara's Village.

Friendliness and hospitality often make guests join tables and talk or play cards throughout the night.
